SDSI will transfer all your business critical list data and transaction history to any version of QuickBooks. We provide you with a custom Excel spreadsheet with your Chart of Accounts where you can enter new Account Names, Account Numbers and Account Types. Our techs will use the COA Excel mapping as the basis to re-work all your Transaction History to the new Account structure. We also convert sub-accounts to QuickBooks Classes, Jobs and Job Costing data to QuickBooks Jobs and custom fields from your current system to custom fields in QuickBooks. Many QuickBooks Accountants and ProAdvisors have related their experiences about data corruption when importing data into QuickBooks using the IIF File Import Utility. Intuit's Technical Support will NOT support a Company file that was corrupted by using the IIF File Data Import Utility. Intuit has stated they will be removing this utility from QuickBooks because of the data corruption problem. Clients asked our developers to create a data conversion solution that didn't involve using IIF file imports to eliminate the problem of rendering a high percentatge of their QuickBooks files unusable. This is the only supported method authorized by Intuit as this does not corrupt your new Company file database.
