Project Management Quality Assurance Audit
Project monitoring and management is continuous throughout a project, the project management quality assurance audit is conducted at designated points throughout the project's life. This provides a perspective of the quality of the project management activities. The result of the audit is an action plan to assist management in correcting any deficiencies found.

Project Risk Assessment
All projects have some degree of risk associated with them. Silicon Digital Systems has expertise in providing independent risk assessments on projects that management identifies as requiring a level of validation. This service provides management with a report detailing that project risk is:
